Hoichoi is one of the most prominent over-the-top (OTT) platforms for regional content. Its catalog includes over a thousand Bengali songs, films, and web series. With a wide variety of genres and a variety of languages, the company hopes to build a strong customer base for its streaming platform. Currently, Hoichoi is available on Android, iOS, Roku, and Amazon Fire TV. You can watch movies on your TV and download your favorite songs for offline listening.

While Hoichoi is popular with Indian audiences, it has a growing international presence. Hoichoi has entered into a partnership with Airtel Movies. Through this partnership, customers will be able to watch Hoichoi content on the Airtel Movies app. Currently, Hoichoi’s subscription plan costs Rs 249 for six months or Rs 399 for a year. These plans allow users to login to two devices at the same time. Subscription plans come with a host of benefits, including access to dubbed web series and offline content.

The company also introduced the “Freemium” feature, which allows users to stream some branded content for free. Although it has not yet confirmed these plans, it is possible that Hoichoi will offer this feature to its Western subscribers. At present, however, subscribers are only able to watch some of the movies.

In order to expand its user base, the platform has also launched a pay per view (PPV) model. PPV reduces the barrier of entry to the app, enabling it to reach more people. Additionally, the platform is planning to add 50 new films to its library over the next four years. This means that, by 2022, there will be more than 100 originals streaming on the platform.

As a result of its expansion efforts, the company has also introduced a mobile recharge model to its subscription plans. Customers can buy Hoichoi subscription cards in India or Bangladesh. For example, Airtel subscribers can buy the cards with their prepaid recharges. Similarly, subscribers with Reliance JioFiber can purchase the Silver plan and get access to Hoichoi content.

Hoichoi’s subscription models allow its users to access all its products from a single account. This can help to minimize churn rates. In addition, its catalog can provide suggestions to its users. By providing helpful information, the service can also increase customer loyalty.
