You can disable Bixby by pressing and holding the side button. However, you can remap the side button to perform other functions. For example, you can make it launch a custom application or task when you long-press it. Or, you can customize it to open the power menu. To do this, open the power settings menu on your Samsung Galaxy S20 by tapping the power icon on the top right of the screen next to the settings and gear icons. From here, select the Power Off menu.
